Responsibilities:

Develop hardware for smart home/IoT products, including requirements analysis, specification analysis, component selection, schematic design, PCB layout, BOM creation, hardware debugging, and pilot line follow-up.

  • Write and output product process development documents.
  • Familiar with 4G and Wi-Fi modules from companies like Quectel and Simcom, with sufficient experience and knowledge in handling RF interference.
  • Familiar with micro-controller interfaces, with experience using ST, ESP, RK, and MTK preferred.
  • Solid understanding of analog/digital/RF hardware functions and familiarity with the internal architecture of chip components, including understanding the causes of device failure.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the timely achievement of overall product goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience, independent project experience, and English reading and writing skills.
  • Familiar with 2.4G/5G RF, with experience in one or more wireless communication technologies such as NB-IOT/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth mesh. Familiar with MCU platforms such as STM32, Esp32, Rockchip, and Ingenic.
  • Strong knowledge of analog circuits, digital circuits, and RF technology. Proficient in using software such as PADS, AD, and Allegro.
  • Proficient in using various electronic experimental equipment, such as oscilloscopes, laboratory power supplies, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
  • Experience in the smart home or IoT industry is preferred, and those with ideas for developing innovative products will be given priority.
  • Possess a certain degree of innovation, a positive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a team spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain firmware for UI control boards (buttons, LEDs, screens, UART devices, etc.) using the Motormaster software library.
  • Write test plans and execute tests to verify functionality.
  • Peer review software developed by other engineers.
  • Participate in schematic and layout design reviews with electronic engineers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience writing embedded C software for 32-bit Cortex-M0 micro controllers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills for reading and writing code documentation.
  • Familiarity with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and other tools for debugging hardware issues.
  • Strong logical reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with PID controllers, robotics, or motor control is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SMT equipment (printing, placement, reflow soldering, wave soldering).
  • Understanding of SMT design standards, appearance inspection standards, and SMT manufacturability requirements.
  • Proficiency in drawing software and familiarity with stencil and tooling design.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to withstand work pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D hardware manager and product manager to develop test matrices for new product development.
  • Utilize quality tools such as FMEA/8D to mitigate project quality risks.
  • Assist R&D hardware and product managers in design reviews, pilot production reviews, and initial production quality confirmation.
  • Monitor and supervise new product development processes to ensure system integrity.
  • Collaborate with R&D hardware manager to develop inspection specifications for raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Track pilot production, small batch production, and production quality handover.
  • Monitor and implement quality control plans.
  • Follow up on new material evaluation and approval processes.
  • Track and address design-related after-sales issues, and assist hardware manager in driving design improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with product development processes, including IPD, CMMI, and ISO9001.
  • Strong quality planning, quality process management, and control skills, including risk control, quality management, configuration management, etc.
  • Ability to independently complete R&D quality planning, write quality specifications, and develop test matrices.
  • Rigorous mindset, with excellent problem identification, analysis, and judgment skills, project management experience, and application capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution ability, and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance for new product lifecycles, including test case/plan development, test execution (firmware, software, system, performance, safety, reliability), product approval, and bug/problem detection/management/closure.
  • Prepare AQP documents to ensure CTQ and KPC control.
  • Manage supplier quality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management evaluation and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal NPI teams and external suppliers to improve product and process quality using LEAN methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, support failure analysis, and drive field call rate reduction.
  • Utilize quality tools to ensure product quality and compliance for global markets.
  • Manage OQC, PPCM, ECN, customer complaints (8D), QBRs, monthly/quarterly evaluations, training, and supplier development.
  • Conduct product/process failure analysis and implement corrective actions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics-related manufacturing or design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in engineering or quality management.
  • Experience in IoT or industrial control electronics project management (preferred).
  • Experience in new product release, supplier management, and customer complaint handling.
  • Open-minded and fast learner.
  • Strong influence and communication skills with internal and external parties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
